The Smart Alternative to Traditional Surfaces
Our Tiles combine safety, simplicity, cost effectiveness and ease of maintenance. They’re easier to install and repair than poured-in-place surfaces and less expensive to maintain than engineered wood fiber surfaces, sand or other loose-fill alternatives.

 
• Provides reliable protection in a variety of settings and weather conditions.
• Manufactured under factory-controlled conditions, so every lot is consistent in its ability to reduce the risk of injury.
  Designed for use over asphalt, concrete or virtually any existing stable surface, above or below grade.
• Simple to install (average-sized playgrounds generally take one day), whether professionally installed or as part of a community-build project.
• Easy and economical to maintain. Unlike poured-in-place surfaces, G-Flex tiles may be repaired or replaced without specialized training or equipment.
• Made of monolithic tiles on raised pedestal feet; the G-Flex system provides optimum drainage and can withstand extreme temperature fluctuations and other climatic conditions.
• Easy to clean by sweeping or washing with mild detergent and water.
• Will not delaminate.
• Made from recycled rubber particles bonded with high quality polyurethane to resist damage from temperature fluctuations and other extremes.
The G-Flex™ Traditional Series
The G-Flex™ Traditional Series – Our high-quality standard surface, suitable for many installations.
• Standard tile colors are Terra Cotta Red, Hunter Green or Basic Black.
• G-Flex is the most economical, effective unitary surface available.
• G-Flex tiles are made from recycled, shredded tire rubber. Black SBR rubber is mixed with a pigmented binder during manufacture.
• CPSC and ADA compliant
The G-Flex™ EPDM DesignerSeries
The G-Flex™ Traditional Series – Our high-quality standard surface, suitable for many installations.
• Standard tile colors are Red, Green, Yellow, Blue and Black. Also available in a confetti mix of those colors.
• Made-to-order tiles are available in: (1) Any combination of the above colors, or (2) Virtually any custom color or graphic inlaid pattern you choose.
• Protective cushion layer is made from recycled, shredded tires. The wearing surface is made from virgin EPDM rubber for exceptional color retention.
• CPSC and ADA compliant

Complimentary Accessories
Practical accessory components
• Ramps for the handicapped, beveled edges, straight curbs, L-curbs and bollards provide a safer transition from G-Flex tiles to loose-fill areas and other surfaces.
• Designer graphic inlays may be incorporated into the tile surface or accessories to personalize your play area.
 
Wear Mats for extra durability and protection
• Protect against excessive wear in high-traffic areas in playgrounds surfaced with engineered wood chips or loose-fill materials.
• Reduce daily maintenance to better ensure consistent protection
Installation Information
• Produces excellent results when laid over any stable, uniform surface.
• Forms a nearly indestructible, inseparable and vandal-resistant surface when installed with our high-strength, weather-resistant adhesive.
